Rates

Reduction of € 49 / € 84 on the 2nd / 3rd subsequently rented week Rates in € per week including cancellation- and insolvence insurances. Electricity included 26/06 - 11/09. Gas and visitors tax are extra. A damages deposit will be claimed. Before 03/07 and past 28/08 the rates are considered to occupy the villa only. The annex will be locked up than. Every supplementary occupied bedroom of the annex will be surcharged by € 126. Payments from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer.
