The house

The house is located on the Peninsula named Pen al Lann in the southwest of the Village Carantec at the Bay of Morlaix. A beautiful sandy beach is 300 m. Along the Plage de Clouet (800 m) there is a golf course with 9 wholes, Tennis 300 m. A Yacht Club with boat hire is 700 m. An oyster farm is in the vicinity.

Environs

This is the view from at Pointe de Pen al Lann from the former custumers path estending some kilometers along the wildromantic rocky coastline. Morlaix with its pittoresque Old City and the nice shaped railway bridge high above the Estuar and Roscoff with its ferry harbour are 15 kms each.

Rates

Reduction of € 63 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in € per week including cancellation- insolvency insurance and expenses (26.06.-11.09.). Before 26.06. and past 11.09. the rates are considered for an occupancy of 4 persons. (2 bedrooms, the other bedrooms remain locked up). Every suplemantary used bedroom is 112 € extra. Banktransfers from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer. To pay with the keyholder: Visitors tax, cleaning according amount of work, if necessary. A damages deposit will be claimed.
