Outdoors

The enclosed garden is located on the other side of the road. There is a terrace with barbeque at the small creek, a boule galley and parking for one car. The owner stores his fishing equipment in a shed in the garden. So there is a chance to have fresh fish occasionally.

Location

The house

The house is located at the small road at Bréhec, which ends after 350 m at the beach and the little harbour. In the summer months there is a simple Restaurant open. Last year two professional fishermen had their boat in the harbour.

Environs

This part of the coast is named "Côte Goëlo" and has wildromantic rocky coast as well as sheltered beaches in small bays. Along the coast line leads a small foot path, the "sentier douanier". It has been used in former times by the custom officers.

Rates

Reduction of € 49 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week.

Rates in € per week and electricity (26.06.-11.09.) Before 26.06. and passed 11.09. the rates are valid for an occupation with 4 persons. Every supplementary person will be charged by 42 €. To pay with the owner: visitors tax, cleaning according of amount of work, if necessary. The owner claims a damages deposit. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfers.
