The house

Quiet location at Longarisse, Boulevard des Orchidées, a lovely residential area on the westerly banks of Lake Lacanau.

Environs

In July and August shop, in the neighbourhood. At Lacanau-Océan 3 golfcourses, shops and Restaurants, almost all kinds of watersports are possible in combination with the Lake.

To the beach at the lake just 200 m, to the Atlantic 6 kms, via the cycle path 4 kms through the woods. A Surf school is nearby.

Rates

Reductions of EUR 35/EUR 84 on the 2nd / 3rd subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolvency insurances and electricity (17/07-11/09). Cleaning according amount of work, if neccessary. Before 17/07 and past 11/09 the rates are applicable for the occupation of only 2 bedrooms. The other bedrooms remain locked up than. Every additional occupied bedroom will be charged by € 140. A damages deposit will be claimed. Payments from outside the EURO area must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers.
