The covered wooden terrace surrounds the living area on two sides and presents a lovely vieuw onto lake Lacanau. There is a sufficiant number of gardenfurniture, deckchairs and barbecue. From the property you have direct access to the sandy beach at the lake.

Location

The house

The property is located in the favoured residential area Longarisse on the westbanks of lake Lac de Lacanau in quiet neighbourhood. During season a small grocer opens at La Grande Escourre, about 1,5 kms and a Restaurant at Le Tedy near by.

Here you are immediately at the sandy beach under the pine trees. The kids can splash around and swim savely. A Windsurf school is nearby.

Parking for two cars on the property.

Environs

At Lacanau-Océan there are 3 golf courses, all facilities and an extended sandy beach at the Atlantic. In connection with Lake Lacanau almost all kinds of watersports are possible. It is about 4 kms via the cycle path through the woods to the Atlantic.

Rates

Rates in € per week including cancellation- insolvency insurances and visitors tax, electricity according meter reading. The rates are applicable for an occupation with 4 people (2 bedrooms). The other bedrooms remain locked up or can be hired for € 147 per room and per week. Cleaning according amount of work, if neccessary. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
