you will have your meals outdoors using the covered or uncovered parts of the terraces. The nearby woods make a comfortable climat even in the summer heat and the shady corners allow a complete relaxing. There is a good number of Teak chairs and other sunbaths available. A swing and a slide attracts the children in the garden. Some bikes are available. The pool awaits you at any time.

Location

The house

The house is located in the community Lacanau-Océan in near a riding stable. Tenniscourts, Squash, Paddel, Thalasso are only 500 m. The beach is 2,5 km by bike, the villa 2000 m the same way. A cicle path leads from the house to the Restaurants, shops and the beach at the Lake and the Atlantic. You will live here in a quiet residential area but you also can appreciate the animation of this busy seaside resort

Environs

At Lacanau-Océan there are 3 Golf courses, all facilities and a beautiful sandy beach which is extending from Cape Ferret to the mouth of river Gironde. In connection with Lake Lacanau you can practice all kinds of watersports. The Lake with Surf- and sailing school is 4 km, using the cycle paths through the wood only 2 km. The Atlantic is 2500 m.

Reduction of € 42 / € 84 on the 2. / 3. subsequently rented week The lastminute action is for 6 people / 3 bedrooms according price list. Rates in € per week encluding cancellation- insolvency insurances and electricity (26 June-11 September). Before 26.06. and past 11.09. the rates are aplicable for 6 people (3 bedrooms). The other bedrooms remain locked up or can be occupied for a surcharge according price list. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be due at arrival. Payments from outside the EURO Region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer.
