You live outdoors here in summer and enjoy your meals on one of the terraces. The enclosed woodland provides shady corners to relax from the summer-heat. The cat Léo lives all the year over on the property and likes to be fed. (food available)

Location

The house

In the Résidence Golf-Loisirs shared pool, Tennis, Balneotherapie and horse-riding are in the neighbourhood in some minutes walking distance. A cycle path leads from the house to the Restaurants, the shops and the sandy beach at the Atlantic. This is a quiet hamlet but you can participate in the animations and the events of this beautiful seaside resort.

Environs

At Lacanau-Océan there are 3 Golf courses, all facilities and a beautiful sandy beach which is extending from Cape Ferret to the mouth of river Gironde. In connection with Lake Lacanau you can practice all kinds of watersports. The Lake with Surf- and sailing school is 4 km, using the cycle paths through the wood only 2 km. The Atlantic is 2500 m.

Rates

Reduction of € 49 on the 2. / 3. subsequently rented week Rates in EURO per week including travel cancellation, insolvency insurances and electricity. Final cleaning according amount of word, if necessary. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be required. Banktransfers from outside the EURO Region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers.
