Quiet residential area on the Bay „La Fresnaye“. Here swimming is possible during high tide at some places. Shops and Restaurants at Matignon 3 kms, Oysters and Mossels in the neighbourhood.

Envirions

Wildromantic steepcoast at Cap Fréhel with loveley sandy beaches in numerous inlets. Fishingharbour at Erquy und St. Cast. Casino at Les Sables d’Or. Famous weekly market at Matignon on Wednesdays. Worthwhile trips to St. Malo, Dinard and to the mediaval fortress town of Dinan on the river Rance.

Rates

Reduction of € 35 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolvency insurance, expenses according meter 28/08-10/07. Before 10/07 and past 28/08 the rates have to be considered for an occupancy of only 2 bedrooms at the ground floor and 2 bathrooms. The other bedrooms will be locked up than. Every additional used twin-bedroom will be surcharged by € 105 and every single-bedroom by € 56. Linen and towels can be hired. Final cleaning according the amount of work involved if necessary. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be required. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
