Location

The House

Near the center of old St. Cast village. Shops in the neighbourhood. The road leading to the "grand plage" passes in front of the house. The sandy beach is about 900 m and extends about 1 km between the sheltering rocks.

Environs

Wildromantic rocky coastline with sheltered bays of sandy beaches. At Matignon a famous weekly market is held every Wednesday, which is really remarcable. At Erquy and St. Cast fish is sold at the harbour. All kinds of watersports are possible.

Rates

Reduction of € 35 / € 63 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolvency insurances and electricity. The access to the internet must be ordered at least 8 weeks before arrival. Linen and towels can be hired. Before 10/07 and past 11/09 the rates are considered to accommodate 4 persons (2 rooms, 2 baths). The other rooms remain locked up than. Every additional Twinroom is € 126 per week extra, the room with single bed € 63. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be required. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
