Former home of the estates manager (160 m²) of a manor, nicely restaurated in Brittanian style. Enclosed property of about 5000 m² with beautiful court and spacious lawn areas.

Rural location outside of the village. A wonderful sandy beach is only 5 kms.

Outdoors

In front of the house there is a nicely maintained pebble court and adjacent lawn with beautiful shrubs and bushes. Behind the former stables there is a playground on the grass with a swing. A sufficiant number of good gardenfurniture, deckchairs, parasol and a barbecue are available.

The house

The property is part of a manor and has been the former home of the estates manager with its stables and barns. It is facing south at the foot of a little hill. The country lane seperates the fields of the farms in the neighbourhood from the property.

Environs

St. Méloir des Ondes is a typical Brittanian village with some Restaurants and a number of shops and a Supermarket. It is 10 kms to St. Malo, Cancal with its pittoresque fishing harbour and oysters parks is only 3 kms. The famous Mont St. Michel is half an hour by car.

Rates

Reduction of EUR 49 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including 150 KWh electricty (exceeding € 0,079 kWh). Water is € 7/m³, Gas € 15 p/w. Outside of the german school holidays at Pentecost and Automn, as well as before 26/06 and past 11/09 the rates are considered to occupy 2 bedrooms only. The other bedrooms remain locked up than. Every additional occupied bedroom will be charged by € 119 A damages deposit of € 900 will be claimed. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
