The propery is located in a quiet residential area norht of the city. A small lane is leading to the house. The enclosed garden is protected by a gate with digit code locks.

Environs

Rocky Coast ant the range of hills around the Bay of St. Tropez. There are a lot of small sandy beaches, called „Calanques“. A larger beach is at the Promenade. The picture shows at the right hand side a view from Les Issambres onto an extended sandy beach at „La Nartelle“.
Restaurants and shopping in the City, all kinds of watersports are possible, there is a lovely Yachtharbour a small Ferryboat to St. Tropez.
