On the property the owner lets also a Studio (underneath the balcony) and a Chalet. Parking for all tenants on the enclosed and by a code key protected property.

Quiet residential area away from motor roads. Shops and Restaurants 1000 m.

Environs

Ste. Maxime is situated between St. Tropez and St. Raphaël. A favorite seaside resort with a small old city. Shopping and Restaurants, all watersports possible. A lot of small sandy coves, called Calanques, along the rocky sea side and a nice sandy beach near the center. Not far to the gallo-romanian town of Fréjus with it’s pittoresque old city. Passenger Ferryboat to St. Tropez at the Yachtharbour.

Reduction of EUR 63 of the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR including cancellation- insolvency insurances, electricity (Jun-Sep), linen and towels. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be due at arrival. Bank transfers from outside the EU must cover all additional charges relating to the money transfer.
