Steep sloped garden. The entrance is above the house and a staircase with 17 steps leads via a beautiful veranda onto the couvered terrace with garden furniture. At the right hand side of the house on a small even part of the garden ball games are possible. Swimmers can revel at the rocky beach near the house.

Quiet residential area in an enclosed Domaine near Pointe de Carqueiranne. Sandy beach, shops and Restaurants are 1500 m at La Garonne.

Environs

This is a rocky coastline between Toulon and Carqueiranne with its good choice of Restaurants. There is also a popular windsurfers club.

Rates

Reduction of € 77 for every 2nd / 3rd / 4th subsequently rented week

Rates in € per week including cancellation- insolvency insurance and electricity. Linen can be hired, but no towels. The community claimes visitors tax. A damages deposit of € 500 will be required. Banktransfers from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers.
