The peninsula of Quiberon is known from her mild climat and also from beautiful, sheltered beaches at her eastern coast side. Thalasso-Therapie and any kinds of watersports are possible. There are a good number of shops and Restaurants available. The western coastside shows romantic rocks.

Rates

Reduction of € 35 on the 2. /3. etc subsequently rented week

Rates in € per week including cancellation- and insolvency insurances and from 10/07 til 28/08 Gas and electricity. Outside this time period these expenses will be claimed at departure. During the whole year Water (€ 5,50/m³) and visitors tax (€ 0,50/person +13 years/day) are due at departure. A damages deposit of € 500 will be claimed. Before 26 June and past 11 September the rates consider an occupation of 2 bedrooms only. The other bedrooms remain locked-up or can be used for a surcharge of € 140 each per week. Payments from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers
