Porchnichet is a village situated near the well known resort La Baule at the mouth of river Loire. There is a Yacht-harbour and a sailing school. A good choice of Restaurants and shops is also available.

Rates

Reduction of € 35 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week. Rates in € per week including cancellation- insolvency insurance and depenses(Jul+Aug). Damages deposit € 450 at arrival. Cleaning € 45, if necessary. Linen is € 15 and towels € 2 per Person can be hired. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
