The flat

quiet location on the private property off buisy roads. The appartment is on the 1st floor with a spacious balcony. At Gardenlevel there are 2 other appartments for 2/3 people. The owner and the family of his son are living also on the property

Environs

Rocky Coast and the range of hills around the Bay of St. Tropez. There are a lot of small sandy beaches called „Calanques“ and extended beaches at the Promenade an at „La Nartelle“. Restaurants and shopping in the City, all kinds of watersports are possible, there is a small Ferryboat to St. Tropez at the Yachtharbour 2000 m.

Rates

Reduction of EUR 35 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolveny insurance, electricity (Jun-Sep). Linen will be furnished, towels can be hired. The rates are considered for 2 persons. A 3rd person is € 63 per week. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be required. Bank transfers from outside the EU have to cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer.
