The house

Residential area in hillside position near Cap de la Chevre. Shops and Restaurants 600 m. This is the beautiful, sheltered beach of Morgat which is also only 600 m walking distance. There you have also the diving club and the sailing-school.

Environs

The peninsula of Crozon shows a wild romantic landscape. The steap rocky coastline has a lot of sandy beaches. This is really "The end of the word" - Finistère

Rates

Reduction of € 49/63 on the 2nd / 3rd subsequently hired week.

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation and insolvency insurance. Electricity is 0,22 EUR/KWh and water 2,35 EUR/m³ will be due upon departure. Before 26/06 and past 11/09 the house can be occupied with 5 people only (3 bedrooms 1st floor). The 2nd floor remains locked up or can be opened according price listing. Linen and towels (2 p/Person) can be hired for 15 EUR/Person. A damages deposit and visitors tax will be claimed. Final cleaning according amount of work involved, if necessary. Payments from outside the EURO area must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers.
