The house

It is locatated at the hamlet "La Latte" of the community Plévenon on the road leading to mediaval Fort La Latte (visits possible every day) on Cape Frehel. A footpath leads to a small beach (650 m) which can be under water at high tide, an other small sandy beach is about 2 kms by car near the hamlet La Motte. An extended sandy beach is at the northwesterly coast of Cape Frehel 6 km.

Environs

Plévonon is a small village on the wildromantic steepcoast at Cap Fréhel with loveley sandy beaches in numerous inlets. Fishingharbour at Erquy und St. Cast. Casino at Les Sables d’Or. Famous weekly market at Matignon on Wednesdays. Worthwhile trips to St. Malo, Dinard and to the mediaval fortress town of Dinan on the river Rance.

Rates

Reduction of € 42 / € 84 on the 2nd / 3rd subsequently rented week

Rates in € per week including cancellation- insolvency insurances. Electricity included 26.06.-11.09., firewood and tapwater according consumption, linen and towels can be hired. Before June 26 and past September 11 the rates have to be considered for 4 persons (2 bedrooms + 2 baths). The other bedrooms remain locked up than. Every additionally occupied bedroom is € 154 extra. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be due at arrival. Payments from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer.
