Living area

In the larger flat - ULI-056 - there is a spacious living/dining room of 50 m² with open fire place, ceiling beams and an open kitchen at the groundfloor. You can add a garden table or the dining table of ULI-057 to the dining area to be all together at mealtimes if the weather is not fine enough to stay outdoors.

• every kitchen is fitted with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and sufficiant tableware.
• a common washingmachine is in the small shed near the gate.

Outdoors

The property is completely enclosed and has a beautiful wooden Gate with remote operation. To the right just behind the gate you profit from a second enclosed garden with fruit trees, some vegetable beds and a small lawn. On the main property there are pebbles on front of the house where three cars can be parked. Around the apple tree at the fond a grass area makes a shadowy place. The owner`s son lives in the former garages which have a seperate entrance from the byroad.

The house

Coming from St. Cast and having pas the Golf course (9 wholes) into direction of St. Malo you will pass outside of the hamlet Le Biot a rural residential area with small byroads. In 800 m walking distance you will reach the sea at the mouth of the little river Arguenon. The beautiful sandy beach of Pen Guen is 1,5 km. There is a spacious parking also. The main beach of St. Cast is close to the center and has Surf- and Sailing school.

Environs

Wildromantic steepcoast at Cap Fréhel with loveley sandy beaches in numerous inlets. Fishing harbour at Erquy und St. Cast. Casino at Les Sables d’Or. Famous weekly market at Matignon on Wednesdays. Worthwhile trips to St. Malo, Dinard and to the mediaval fortress town of Dinan on the river Rance.

Rates in EURO including cancellation and insolvancy insurances, electricity according meter (11.09.-26.06.), linen and towels can be hired. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit will be required. Banktransfers from outside the EURO Region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers
