The estate

Quiet, rural location at the hamlet Le Biot on a by road. The lawn with apple tree (partly shown on the 1. image ) suites as playground where the garden furniture can be placed. The former garages are occupied by the owner and have a separate entry.

Environs

Wild romantic rocky coastline with beautiful sandy beaches form the landscape at Cap Fréhel. A famous weekly market is held at Matignon (about 4 km)on Wednesdays, St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan are just 30 minutes by car. At Erquy and St. Cast professional fishermen sell fish and "fruits de mer".

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolvency insurance. Electricity according meter readings (11.09.-26.06.). Linen and towels can be hired. The community claims visitors tax. A damages deposit is due at arraival. Bank transfers from outside the EURO Area have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
