The house

Quiet residential area. The house is located just below the road. The sandy beach is in 600 m walking distance. Shops (daily market) and Restaurants are also in walking distance along byroads.

Environs

Rocky Coastline with adjacent hills at the Bay of St. Raphaël. There are numerous coves called, „Calanques“ and a large sandy beach at the exit of the village into direction of Fréjus. The village shows a choice of shops and. All kinds of watersports are possible, a small Yacht harbour is near le large beach.

Reduction of EUR 98 for every 2nd / 3rd / 4th subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including travelresignation, insolvency insurances and electricity. Poolservice from mid-may to end-september. You can buy hygienic one-way-linen for EUR 15 per grand lit and EUR 9,50 per single bed. A demages deposit of EUR 610 will be due upon arrival. The community claims a visitors tax of EUR 0,30 p/person per day. Banktransfers from outside the EU must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfer.
