The house

The house is located at the small hamlet Le Manoir halfway between Avranches and Granville away from all through roads. This is a quiet holiday home not far from the beaches at Carolles and near the "sentier douanier", the former path of the custums officers along the coast line with breathtaking vieus onto the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.

Environs

At Jullouville and Carolles, about 5 km: Restaurants, shops, sandy beach, all kinds of watersports, hors riding, hiking, etc. At Granville, about 9 km: Historic city, fortress, Casino, Yacht- and fishing harbour, ferry to Jersey

Rates in € per week including Cancellation and Insolvency-insurance. Electricity according meter reading, final cleaning € 60. Linen € 8 per bed. A damages deposit will be claimed upon arrival. Payments from outside the EURO region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers
