The House

It is located in the „Avenue du clair du lune“ at Biscarosse Plage, in a quiet residential area under the pine trees. Shops, Restaurant and the beach are at 700 m.

Environs

Biscarosse Plage is a vivid seaside resort at the Atlantic just 20 kms south of the famous „Dune de Pylat“, which rises 115 m from the sea. In the commuter belt there are „Lac de Sanguinet“ and „Lac de Parentis“, a typically combination of the French southwesterly Atlantic area forming an attractive salt- and freshwater recreation park.

Rates in EUR per week including visitors tax and electricity (21.06.-06.09). A flat rate for Gas is due at departure, cleaning will be charged if necessary. A damages deposit will be claimed. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
