The house is located in the „rue des Ecureuils“ at Biscarosse Plage, not far from a shopping centre. Beach, shops and Restaurants are at 500 m

Environs

Biscarrosse Plage is a vibrant resort at the Atlantic coast just a few kilometers south of the famous „Dune de Pyla“, the tallest sand dune of Europe (110 m). In the hinterland there are the Lakes „Lac de Sanguinet“ and „Lac de Parentis“, the typical combination of salt - and fresh water recreation area in Aquitania.

Reduction of € 77 on the 2nd / 3rd etc subsequently rented week

Rates in EUR per week including cancellation- insolvency insurances, visitors tax and electricity (26/06-11/09). A flat rate for Gas is due at departure, cleaning will be charged if necessary. A damages deposit will be claimed. Bank transfers from outside the EURO region have to cover any additional costs relating to the money transfer.
