Letting vacation rentals in France for the respective owners
Contracts are settled per procurationem of the individual owners
Reservations can be made by phone, email, fax or letter. If the holidayrental is available you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation. Payments must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers. Upon receipt of the within 4 days and the deposit (30% of the total rate) within 10 days the reservation becomes a booking and will be confirmed by letter. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The balance is due without reminder eight weeks before arrival. The travel documents will be sent out upon receipt of that payment.
The minimum rental is one week. Special arrangements are possible outside of the school holidays. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays. Arrivals on Sundays can generally not be arranged. Arrivals should be planned between 4 an 6 p.m. You are expected to depart before 10 a.m. to assure a cleaning before the arrival of your successor.
You may cancel your booking at any time. If you can arrange for an equally good replacement tenant wishing to enter your contract the charge to alter the booking is 10% of the total price. If we need to find a replacement the charge is 30% of the rental price or the concession we have to allow. It is at least 10% of the rental price + insurance premium (3,2% of the rent). If you cancel less than eight weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the complete rent is forfeit.
Travel resignation and insolvency insurances are included in the rental price. The insurance ticket will be delivered with your booking confirmation.
The number of persons indicated in the accommodation's description is the maximum number of persons allowed to occupy that accommodation. The owner/keyholder is entitled to refuse the entrance to persons exceeding this maximum number. Pets are allowed with explicid confirmation on the booking form only. It is strictly forbidden to set up tents, campers or caravans on the properties which are used to accommodate persons.
You are supposed to leave the accommodation swept clean, to wash the dishes and put them away, to empty the trashcans and to strip the beds if linen has been provided. In case you do not wish to do so or if you are unable to clean up the cost of extra work will be claimed at your departure.
To cover damages of movable objects in the accommodation you have to leave a damages deposit (cash or cheque) with the owner/keyholder or with us. Find detailled informations on your booking confirmation. Damages of non-movable objects are also at your charge and should be covered by your third party insurance. You are supposed to report any damages you discover to the owner/keyholder within 48 hours of your arrival, as you will be held responsible for other damages ascertained at your departure.

We prepare every description of the accommodations with ultimate carefulness. We are convinced of their correctness at the time of publication. We will not accept liability for incorrect information issued by third parties or of alterations after the editorial deadline. We do not accept liability for force mayeure like strike, war, energy system, epidemia, weather, nuclear reaction etc.
Most of the accommodations we are negotiating have been visited personally by us and in some of them we spent our own holidays. So we are able to issue detailed additional information on request. Since 1982 we managed to enlarge the circle of our regular customers every year.
The legal domicile is the district court at Düsseldorf / Germany.
